• • We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic and growing team. This role is pivotal in scaling our commercial operations across the EMEA region, specifically focusing on the UK market initially. As one of the key recruiters in EMEA, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our talent acquisition strategy for critical business functions. Your primary focus will be on building out our Post-Sales, Customer Experience (CX), Training, Marketing, and Operations teams, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring lifecycle.

• • As a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team, you will provide invaluable insights and guidance. This includes conducting strategic talent mapping to identify key talent pools, offering expert compensation advice, sharing crucial market insights, and developing data-driven recruiting metrics and strategies. Your efforts will be crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our hiring funnel, particularly as we explore and enter new, untapped markets within the EMEA region.
• • You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing and engagement to cultivating strong relationships, ensuring a positive and professional interview experience for all, and expertly managing the offer negotiation and acceptance stages. This comprehensive ownership ensures a seamless and effective hiring journey for both candidates and hiring managers.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves leading the talent management strategy for our expanding post-sales and marketing organizations. You will collaborate closely with the HR department to support business leaders in achieving their strategic objectives and delivering on shared goals, ensuring that our talent acquisition efforts are tightly aligned with business needs.
• • To achieve our ambitious hiring goals, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative, proactive recruiting strategies. This includes building and nurturing a robust pipeline of diverse, high-caliber talent at all levels. You will leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including in-depth research, social media engagement, direct outreach (cold calls), referral generation programs, industry events, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
• • You will be expected to meticulously manage and analyze recruiting data, providing weekly, data-driven insights to business leaders.
