- • As a Senior Recruiter focused on GTM functions, you will be instrumental in driving our hiring success. You will leverage your extensive experience as a full-cycle recruiter within high-growth technology companies to forge strong partnerships with managers and leaders across various business units. Your primary objective will be to deliver strategic talent solutions that fuel the growth and success of our GTM organization, encompassing sales, marketing, customer success, and business development. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position that demands a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition.
- • Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional recruiting. You will be tasked with designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and qualify exceptional candidates. A core tenet of this role is to provide an unparalleled experience for both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and a positive interaction at every touchpoint. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, including enhancing our employer brand, championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in our hiring practices, driving operational excellence within the TA function, and continuously improving our recruiting processes. - • Key Responsibilities:
- • Lead and meticulously execute the full lifecycle of recruitment for a diverse range of roles across GTM functions, from the initial stages of candidate discovery and engagement through to the successful offer close and onboarding.
- • Develop and implement sophisticated, data-driven sourcing strategies designed to attract, engage, and qualify top-tier talent. This will involve leveraging market intelligence, conducting in-depth research, and employing creative outreach methodologies across various channels.
- • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership. This involves deeply understanding their business objectives, team needs, and talent gaps, and subsequently aligning sourcing plans and recruitment strategies to meet these critical requirements.
- • Champion and ensure a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience. This is achieved through proactive, transparent, and consistent communication, setting clear expectations, and maintaining a highly service-oriented approach throughout the entire recruitment process.
- • Employ structured recruiting methodologies and best practices, effectively utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Greenhouse, to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and ensure data integrity.
- • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and streamlining of recruiting processes. Collaborate closely with the broader Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams to implement enhancements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Actively contribute to and support various Talent Acquisition initiatives. This includes playing a role in employer branding efforts, developing recruitment documentation, advancing our DEI goals, facilitating team training, and supporting ongoing programming designed to elevate our talent acquisition function.
- • Cultivate and maintain a strong market presence and professional network within the GTM space. Foster robust relationships with industry professionals, potential candidates, and key influencers to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
