📋 Description • Own the full-cycle recruitment engine for BJAK’s global expansion—every open requisition is your personal scoreboard and you are judged daily on quality-of-hire, time-to-fill, and offer-accept ratio. • Head-hunt 150–200 niche profiles every single day across ASEAN, Europe, and North America; clear 100 % of backlog before 6 pm Jakarta time so that no candidate waits longer than 24 hrs for first human contact. • Build and maintain a zero-drop-off pipeline: source → screen → shortlist → interview → offer → onboard with < 5 % candidate fallout; flag risks early and redesign process gaps within 24 hrs. • Run disciplined 15-minute daily stand-ups with Malaysia HQ, presenting live dashboards (sourcing funnel, conversion rates, offer-pending status, diversity mix) and immediately reallocating requisition priorities when business direction shifts. • Partner with C-suite, Product, AI, and Country GMs to rewrite job specs into outcome-based scorecards; push back on “clone” hiring and instead bring data on available talent pools, salary benchmarks, and competitor moves. • Mentor 2–4 junior recruiters and university interns—set their daily KPIs, review call recordings, and coach on advanced Boolean, GitHub mining, and psychological safety interviewing so that team output rises 30 % quarter-on-quarter. • Experiment relentlessly: A/B test InMail subject lines, pilot async video screens, launch referral sprints, and automate sourcing hacks via PhantomBuster & Zapier—then share what works in a weekly “RecOps Playbook” Confluence page. • Champion candidate experience: every reject receives actionable feedback within 48 hrs; every offer is accompanied by a personalised “Day-in-the-Life” video from the future manager, lifting acceptance rate to > 95 %. • Monitor macro signals—lay-offs, visa policy changes, salary inflation—and produce a Monday morning intel brief so leadership can pre-empt talent shortages and adjust product roadmap resourcing. • Protect employer brand like a hawk: flag toxic Glassdoor reviews within 2 hrs, coordinate response, and run monthly “BJAK Tech Talks” on meetup.com to seed passive talent pools before demand spikes. • Work flexible hours that match global time-zones; expect to be online until 10 pm Jakarta time when closing a US candidate or at 7 am for a European hiring-manager sync—whatever it takes to hit the number. • Thrive in a culture where performance is published on a real-time wallboard: green means you’re winning, red triggers an instant help squad—no hiding, no politics, just facts and support. 🎯 Requirements • Bachelor’s degree with CGPA ≥ 3.3 from a recognised university. • 5+ years full-cycle recruitment including 2+ years headhunting tech/AI/digital product roles at scale. • Demonstrated history of filling 15–20 positions per month individually while maintaining 90 %+ hiring-manager satisfaction. • Expert-level sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-ray, GitHub, Slack communities, and regional job boards. • Fluent English plus either Bahasa Indonesia or Malay for regional stakeholder management. 🏖️ Benefits • Above-market base + uncapped performance bonus (top 10 % earners take home 2× base). • 100 % remote set-up: MacBook Pro, 34-inch monitor, USD 1,000 home-office stipend, and monthly co-working credits. • Fast-track promotion: meet 12-month KPIs and step into Lead Recruiter or Regional Talent Manager within 12–18 months.
