- • DualEntry Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to spearhead the development of our talent acquisition function. As one of the fastest-growing AI startups in the fintech space, DualEntry is revolutionizing the ERP market, a sector ripe for innovation after decades of stagnation. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage company with significant momentum, having already secured over $100 million in funding from prominent investors like Lightspeed Venture Partners, Khosla Ventures, Contrary Ventures, and Google Ventures. You will play a pivotal role in building our recruiting infrastructure from the ground up, shaping how we attract and hire top talent across engineering, AI/ML, product, go-to-market (GTM), and leadership positions, initially focusing on the USA and expanding to the EU and LATAM.

You will be instrumental in defining our recruitment processes, crafting an exceptional candidate experience that reflects DualEntry's commitment to excellence, and establishing repeatable pipelines and analytics to drive efficiency and identify successful sourcing strategies. - • Your responsibilities will encompass the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and candidate engagement through to offer negotiation and closing. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy tailored to competitive markets, employing creative sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates, and partnering closely with Founders and hiring managers to meticulously define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and effective assessment methodologies. You will be responsible for building and refining our employer brand and candidate pitch, ensuring DualEntry stands out as an employer of choice.
- • A key aspect of this role involves establishing robust reporting and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify profitable talent sources, and manage performance against KPIs. You will be empowered to build and define our processes, systems, and employer branding initiatives, creating a scalable and efficient talent acquisition engine. This is a hands-on, intensive position where your ability to drive results and push for excellence will be paramount. You will be working with a team that has a proven track record of success, having hired exceptional talent from leading companies such as Ramp, Meta, Microsoft, Lyft, PwC, Deloitte, J.P. Morgan, Bloomberg, Sage, Xero, and Intuit.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a hardcore work ethic, high agency, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. You should have a deep understanding of sourcing strategies beyond traditional methods and a practical, high-speed approach to recruitment. Experience in building recruiting functions from scratch, including implementing candidate experience systems and optimizing ATS workflows, is essential.
