• • As a Senior Recruiter specializing in Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) roles, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Chainalysis's most critical asset: its people. You will be instrumental in building and executing a talent acquisition strategy that is not only inclusive and rigorous but also repeatable and effective across the globe.
• • This fixed-term contract position, lasting for six months, offers an immediate opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting high-priority GTM hiring across the EMEA region during an exciting phase of company growth.
• • You will partner directly with business leaders, including those in enterprise and public sector teams, to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent. These individuals are crucial in building trust within the rapidly evolving blockchain ecosystem.

• • You will be tasked with developing and implementing proactive sourcing strategies designed to engage top-tier talent from competitive markets such as SaaS, fintech, and emerging crypto sectors.
• • A key aspect of this role involves building strong, collaborative partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders. You will work hand-in-hand with them to define effective hiring strategies and pinpoint the ideal candidate profiles that align with their team's objectives and the company's growth trajectory.
• • You will meticulously manage candidates throughout the entire interview process, ensuring a high-touch, transparent, and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
