• • Key responsibilities include designing and executing merit-first and scalable recruitment processes for critical and competitive functions within Kraken. You will work hand-in-hand with Hiring Managers and various teams to drive end-to-end recruitment campaigns, providing them with data-driven insights and market intelligence to inform their decision-making.
• • You will act as a catalyst for change, adeptly navigating complex organizational landscapes, facilitating necessary but sometimes uncomfortable conversations, and acting with relentless focus in the best interest of Kraken. Your role will be that of a proactive problem-solver and force multiplier, identifying and removing blockers to ensure the delivery of high-value hires.
• • Furthermore, you will contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing our global recruiting infrastructure. This involves helping to define and establish what 'great' looks like in talent acquisition at Kraken, setting new benchmarks for excellence.
• • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment fundamentals, coupled with a creative and inquisitive approach to modern talent acquisition tactics.
