Your contributions will directly impact the company’s ability to attract and hire top talent, ensuring the continued innovation and excellence of its dating portfolio.
- • This nine-month fixed-term role, with potential for conversion to full-time, is hybrid-based in Dallas, Texas, requiring three days per week in-office collaboration. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners across Match Group’s global ecosystem—including brands like Tinder and Hinge—to deliver a seamless, efficient, and candidate-centric hiring experience that reflects the company’s commitment to connection, both online and in real life (IRL).
- • You will own end-to-end coordination of the recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling complex interviews across multiple time zones, managing candidate communications with professionalism and warmth, and ensuring all recruitment activities are tracked accurately in the applicant tracking system (ATS), maintaining data integrity and compliance throughout.
- • You will partner with recruiters to prepare interview materials, coordinate logistics for virtual and onsite interviews (including travel arrangements when needed), and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a positive, engaging experience that reinforces Match Group’s employer brand.
- • You will support TA operations by assisting in the preparation of recruitment reports, tracking key metrics such as time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates, and identifying process inefficiencies to recommend improvements that enhance team productivity and hiring velocity.
- • You will contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing talent acquisition workflows, such as refining interview scorecards, improving sourcing handoffs, or supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruiting efforts through event coordination and outreach support.
- • You will collaborate with the broader TA team to maintain and update recruitment documentation, including job descriptions, offer templates, and onboarding checklists, ensuring consistency and alignment with Match Group’s global standards and legal requirements.
- • You will gain deep exposure to enterprise-level talent acquisition operations within a fast-paced, innovative tech environment, developing advanced skills in recruitment coordination, stakeholder management, and HRIS utilization—particularly within platforms like Greenhouse or Workday—while building a professional network across Match Group’s portfolio of brands.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow into a strategic TA partner, with potential to influence hiring strategy, improve candidate experience metrics, and contribute to the long-term success of Match Group’s mission to create meaningful connections—both in the digital space and through real-world team collaboration.

- • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or similar role in a corporate or tech environment, preferably supporting high-volume or full-cycle recruiting.
- • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Workday, or iCIMS, and strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms and recruitment metrics reporting.
- • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, schedule complex interviews across time zones, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- • Experience coordinating logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, including travel arrangements, visa support (if applicable), and preparation of interview kits or assessment materials.
