- • The Senior Regional Sales Manager, Eye Care – Tennessee role at Viatris Inc. is critical to driving sales performance and team development across a multi-state region including Tennessee, Missouri, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Iowa, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives while fostering a high-performing, people-first culture.
- • Day to day, the role involves planning, directing, and overseeing Territory Manager activities; recruiting, retaining, and developing high-performing sales talent; providing individualized coaching and performance feedback; managing regional resources; ensuring compliance with regulatory standards; analyzing sales data and dashboards to identify growth opportunities; and serving as a key ambassador to the Eye Care community and senior leadership.
