- • Serve as a Senior Representative, Sales to drive customer acquisition, growth, retention, and monetization of prospects through negotiation and referral management.
- • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients to enhance engagement and long-term partnership.
- • Participate in commercial events, client visits, and networking activities to promote Global Payments’ product portfolio and strengthen market presence.
- • Independently manage and develop your assigned client portfolio with full autonomy over strategy and execution.
- • Lead the end-to-end negotiation process and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal Global Payments teams to ensure high-quality customer service standards.
- • Maintain accurate and timely client notes, follow-ups, and activity logs using CRM and other provided technological tools.
- • Develop and implement sales strategies by thoroughly understanding Global Payments’ payment solutions—including TPV, iAcepta, One Click, Clickypaga, e-Comm, Cargo Automático, Call Center Online, MultiPay, Interred Pura, and Genius—and their competitive positioning.
- • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of payment methods, their strengths and weaknesses relative to key competitors, and apply this insight to tailor client solutions.
- • Represent Global Payments with the highest ethical and quality standards in all client interactions.
- • Travel as required to support client engagements, sales activities, and market expansion initiatives.
- • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels with clarity, professionalism, and active listening.
- • Exhibit high drive, initiative, and results-oriented mindset to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- • Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- • Apply problem-solving skills and influence techniques to overcome objections and close deals.
- • Maintain a service-oriented attitude and commitment to client success.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed or in-progress undergraduate degree in Economic-Administrative fields
- • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a performance-driven environment with productivity-based incentives
- • Ownership of a personal vehicle (mandatory)
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- • Basic to intermediate English language skills
- • Willingness and availability to travel
