- • As a Senior Research Partner at Maze Labs, you will serve as the research expert on the Go-to-Market (GTM) team, acting as a strategic co-pilot to Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers to help them demonstrate measurable business impact through user research and inspire confidence in prospects and customers.
- • You will lead high-impact customer engagements including sales calls, workshops, and enablement sessions, while developing change management and enablement programs that guide customers in defining, launching, and operationalizing KPI-linked research to drive retention, expansion, and long-term adoption.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally across product, marketing, and engineering teams to align research initiatives with customer needs and ensure seamless delivery of insights that inform product decisions and GTM strategy.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and facilitating research workshops for customers, training internal teams on research best practices, creating enablement assets (such as playbooks and case studies), and advising on how to connect research findings to business outcomes like conversion rates, NPS, and feature adoption.
- • You will partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities by showcasing how research drives product-led growth, and support Account Executives in competitive deals by demonstrating Maze’s unique value in accelerating time-to-insight without compromising rigor.
- • You will contribute to the evolution of Maze’s GTM motion by sharing field insights with product and marketing teams to refine messaging, positioning, and product development based on real-world customer use cases and pain points.
- • You will represent Maze at industry events, webinars, and customer forums as a thought leader in user research, helping to build brand authority and generate pipeline through speaking engagements and content creation.
- • You will mentor and uplift junior researchers and GTM teammates by sharing best practices, fostering a culture of research advocacy, and helping non-researchers confidently leverage insights in their workflows.
- • You will operate with a high degree of autonomy in a remote-first environment, managing your own schedule while traveling as needed to engage with key prospects and customers in person to build trust and deepen relationships.
- • You will help shape the future of Maze by contributing to an early-stage startup culture where your input directly influences product strategy, GTM processes, and company values in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, or Insights roles
- • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at the Executive level with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- • Experience leading customer-facing workshops, enablement sessions, or sales enablement initiatives
- • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive results
- • Willingness to travel and engage with prospects and customers in person as needed
