• • As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager at Tinuiti, you will be instrumental in architecting and optimizing the critical technology, systems, and processes that underpin our entire internal lifecycle. This encompasses everything from the initial stages of lead generation through to the final financial offboarding of clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient operational flow.
• • Reporting directly to the Vice President of Revenue Operations, this pivotal role functions as a strategic engine for the organization. Your primary objective will be to proactively identify and systematically eliminate friction points that currently hinder our ability to scale effectively and efficiently.
• • You will be tasked with diagnosing and implementing technological solutions to address complex commercial challenges, taking ownership of the integrity and accuracy of our cross-departmental data, and leading high-impact projects that have a direct and measurable influence on the company’s profitability and overall operational agility.
• • A core aspect of your role will involve strategic solution building, requiring a proactive approach to discovering and resolving intricate issues. You will demonstrate a strong bias toward action and take pride in developing unique, innovative B2B strategies that drive business value.

• • You will be responsible for building and maintaining sophisticated, recurring dashboards that serve as a definitive "single source of truth" for key performance indicators (KPIs), including critical metrics such as Revenue At Risk, Net Retention, and overall growth trends.
• • Acting as the primary operational bridge between Business Development, Finance, Client Delivery, and Marketing is crucial to ensure data flows seamlessly and accurately across the entire lead-to-cash lifecycle.
• • You will engineer processes by creating and driving the adoption of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comprehensive documentation that standardize complex global operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• • A key responsibility is the ongoing optimization of our Tech Stack, proactively identifying and pursuing system enhancements across platforms like Salesforce, Gong, and other related tools to provide richer, more actionable insights into both the customer and employee journeys.
• • You will provide strategic enablement by collaborating closely with department heads to develop impactful programs, playbooks, and feedback loops that effectively measure the success and impact of operational initiatives.
• • You will maintain oversight of data governance, ensuring data hygiene, effective de-duplication, and overall integrity across all platforms to guarantee the accuracy of reporting essential for executive decision-making.
