- • The Senior Revenue Operations Specialist role at ContentSquare SAS is a strategic position supporting North American Sales and Customer Success teams by ensuring operational excellence, driving performance insights, and leading AI-enabled process improvements to align regional execution with global strategy.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and managing territory strategies, overseeing account penetration and lifecycle transitions, running performance and pipeline analyses, facilitating forecasting cadences using Clari, identifying AI opportunities for operational gains, and leading quarterly business reviews and process innovation initiatives.
- • The role sits within ContentSquare’s global Revenue Operations team, partnering closely with North American GTM leaders to enhance productivity, ensure data accuracy, and scale operations through intelligent workflows and enablement.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in revenue intelligence platforms, influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, shape AI-driven process transformation, and gain visibility into executive-level forecasting and performance management — positioning you for advancement in revenue operations leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- • Proficiency in territory planning and managing complex forecasting cadences for Sales and Customer Success teams
- • Experience with Generative AI tools and a vision for applying agentic workflows to improve revenue operations
- • Hands-on experience with Clari (or comparable) and Salesforce as a strategic business partner
- • Proven ability to build trust and influence regional sales and customer success leaders without direct authority
