- • Senior Risk & Fraud Lead (LatAm) responsible for building and driving Docplanner’s risk management, fraud prevention, AML/KYC, and payment controls frameworks across Latin America to enable safe business and payments expansion.
- • Day-to-day duties include developing operational risk frameworks, designing fraud detection systems, establishing AML/KYC programs, leading fraud investigations, conducting risk assessments, defining and tracking KPIs, and advising senior stakeholders on risk and compliance matters.
- • Part of the Legal, Risk & Compliance function at Docplanner Group, a global healthcare platform connecting 24M patients with 280K doctors across 13 countries, with 3,000 employees operating at scale while maintaining agility and innovation.
- • Opportunity to establish end-to-end risk governance from the ground up, gain deep exposure to cross-border payment systems and financial crime prevention in emerging markets, and influence strategic risk decisions across multiple LATAM jurisdictions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level experience in risk management, fraud prevention, and AML compliance across multiple business functions.
- • Proven hands-on experience across multiple LATAM markets (not single-country) with deep understanding of regional risk landscapes.
- • Strong background in fintech, payments, financial services, e-commerce, or marketplaces with operational risk management expertise.
- • Demonstrated experience leading fraud investigations, operational risk assessments, and managing financial crime incidents.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
- • Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese fluency is a nice-to-have (especially for Brazil exposure).
