- • Senior Sales Commissions Analyst responsible for global ownership and administration of sales incentive plans for Momentive Software’s sales and sales support organizations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of incentive payments across North America and UK business.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include co-managing all elements of Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), acting as primary liaison to the field for incentive-related questions, coordinating with Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to validate business goals, providing customized reporting and analysis to the Director of Sales Compensation, completing monthly commissions accruals for finance, and collaborating with a global team in India.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7 years’ experience as a commissions analyst including compensation planning, design, and administration, with preference for sales compensation experience
- • Experience working with sales operations, business operations, or finance organizations
- • Advanced skills in Excel with complex formulas and calculation models, plus proficiency in Microsoft Word and similar applications
- • Strong communication skills for engaging with executive and sales leaders, with ability to explain compensation plans and calculations clearly
- • Detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy, critical thinking, and collaborative, ownership-driven attitude
- • Experience with commission analysis tools preferred
