- • Senior Sales Development Representative responsible for generating qualified pipeline for Enterprise Account Managers by identifying and engaging prospects for Coder’s Environment-as-a-Service platform.
- • Conduct multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn using tools like SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and Nooks to research accounts and craft personalized messaging.
- • Set up qualification calls, collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers on account strategy, and ensure seamless handoff of opportunities.
- • Maintain accurate CRM data, align with marketing on campaigns, and stay informed on developer tooling, DevOps, platform engineering, and AI-driven development trends.
- • Hybrid role requiring three days per week in-office at Coder’s South Austin office (78704).
- • Contribute to Coder’s mission of enabling secure, scalable software development through AI coding agents and human collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of experience in outbound SDR or BDR roles within SaaS or developer-focused technology companies.
- • Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- • Experience with SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and similar prospecting tools.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical value propositions clearly.
- • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with resilience to handle rejection.
- • Eagerness to learn about developer tools, DevOps, platform engineering, and AI workflows.
