📋 Description
- • As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will drive outbound pipeline generation by prospecting into B2B and B2C technology organizations, playing a critical role in fueling sales growth for fast-growing global clients while building a long-term remote career.
- • Day to day, you will execute outbound prospecting campaigns, qualify leads through discovery conversations, communicate value to technical and non-technical stakeholders, engage decision-makers, schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives, collaborate with sales and marketing on targeting, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- • You will join a remote-first team focused on connecting top talent with vetted employers, operating across US time zones (EST–PST), where outbound discipline and sales excellence are modeled and scaled.
- • In this role, you will refine your outbound sales expertise, develop leadership qualities by modeling best practices, deepen your understanding of SaaS and technology sales cycles, and grow into a trusted contributor who influences pipeline quality and team performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in B2B and B2C sales within technology, SaaS, or digital services environments
- • Prior experience working remotely with fluency in tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or Asana
- • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and advance sales conversations
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms
- • Experience working with US or UK-based companies
