  • • Senior Sales Development Representative at Ontic Technologies, Inc., a company providing software that helps corporate and government security teams identify threats, assess risk, and respond faster to keep people and organizations safe through its Connected Intelligence Platform.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include following up on inbound marketing leads, creating target prospect lists, prospecting into both new and existing accounts, developing partnerships with Sales and Marketing teams, meeting or exceeding call/email/pipeline quotas, profiling strategic accounts, setting meetings for the Sales team, nurturing marketing leads, executing multi-touch account-based campaigns, driving attendance for webinars and events, and ensuring accurate activity tracking in Salesforce.
  • • Ontic’s sales team has a history of success and is looking to grow its Expansion motion, with this role partnering closely with outside sales to engage existing customers, identify expansion opportunities, and generate pipeline while also prospecting into new accounts.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to build trust quickly, collaborate across teams, take a solution-oriented approach, and grow into a future sales role within the company, aligning with Ontic’s values framework and contributing to the scaling of its security-focused go-to-market strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR
  • • Experience prospecting into both new logo accounts and existing customers, including identifying expansion opportunities
  • • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong phone presence
  • • Experience operating in a mix of Account-Based (ABM/ABE) and MQL environments
  • • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and accurately forecasting pipeline
  • • Proficient with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Outreach (preferred)
