- • Own the top-of-funnel engine for Device42 across ANZ: you will be the first human touchpoint for thousands of IT, DevOps, and Infrastructure leaders who discover us through inbound channels (webinars, white-papers, events, SEO, paid ads) and convert that curiosity into qualified meetings that turn into pipeline.
- • Run a disciplined, data-driven outbound motion: every week you will build laser-focused account lists, craft hyper-personalised emails, place cold calls, and sequence multi-touch LinkedIn campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of data-centre migration, hybrid-cloud discovery, and CMDB modernisation.
- • Master the Device42 story: within 30 days you will be able to articulate—in plain English and in technical depth—how our agentless auto-discovery and dependency-mapping platform slashes audit times, accelerates incident response, and de-risks cloud migrations for enterprises with 5,000+ servers.
- • Qualify, not just book: you will run discovery calls that uncover org charts, budget cycles, competitive incumbents, and compelling events so that every meeting you set for our Account Executives is forecast-grade and ready to advance.
- • Collaborate like an AE-in-training: you will shadow regional AEs on demos, debrief every hand-off, and iterate messaging based on win-loss feedback, turning the SDR role into a fast-track apprenticeship for closing six-figure SaaS deals.
- • Keep the CRM spotless: every lead, task, call, email, and note lives in Salesforce; you will maintain 100 % hygiene so that leadership can inspect pipeline health in real time and marketing can attribute revenue to the correct campaigns.
- • Hit and stretch aggressive targets: the bar is 12–15 qualified meetings per month; top performers routinely double that number and earn uncapped accelerators plus fast-track promotion to Enterprise AE or SDR Team Lead.
- • Live the feedback loop: you will present weekly metrics to sales and marketing, surface which messages resonate, which personas convert, and which channels are saturating—then co-design the next experiment to raise conversion rates.
- • Champion the customer voice: you will relay feature requests and competitive intel to Product, ensuring the roadmap reflects real-world pain and keeping Device42 two steps ahead of legacy tools like ServiceNow Discovery and BMC ADDM.
- • Build your personal brand: publish LinkedIn posts about DCIM best practices, speak on regional DevOps meetup panels, and become the go-to Sydney contact for infrastructure leaders who want honest advice—even when they’re not yet ready to buy.
