- • In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with owning your personal outbound sales targets, a core responsibility that involves meticulously identifying and engaging prospective clients to generate qualified meetings and build a robust sales pipeline. This requires a deep understanding of our target market, a strategic approach to outreach, and the ability to articulate our value proposition compellingly. You will be expected to consistently hit and exceed these individual goals, setting a high standard for the entire team.
- • Beyond individual contribution, you will serve as a vital player-coach, dedicating a significant portion of your time to mentoring and supporting junior SDRs. This includes actively participating in call reviews, providing constructive feedback on messaging and workflows, and sharing best practices to enhance their effectiveness. Your experience and insights will be instrumental in their development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve reviewing calls, emails, and outreach sequences to offer practical, actionable feedback. This granular level of engagement ensures that our outbound strategies are not only executed but are also optimized for maximum impact. You will identify areas for improvement, suggest alternative approaches, and help refine the team's communication skills to overcome objections and secure meaningful conversations.
- • You will play a crucial role in the onboarding and ramping of new SDR hires. This involves sharing your expertise, guiding them through our processes and tools, and ensuring they are set up for success from day one. Your ability to effectively transfer knowledge and instill confidence will be critical in accelerating their productivity and integration into the team.
- • Maintaining the consistent and effective use of our CRM, lead management systems, and outreach best practices is paramount. Experience working with US- or UK-based companies is essential, demonstrating your ability to navigate international business communication and expectations. You will be working within US Time Zones (EST–PST), requiring flexibility and alignment with our operational hours.
