Voodoo, a global leader in mobile entertainment, is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing WeMoms team in Paris. WeMoms is on a mission to make womanhood easier and more fulfilling by providing personalized guidance, a supportive community, and practical tools for mothers. As a Senior SDR, you will be at the forefront of our growth, identifying and engaging potential B2B partners who can benefit from our innovative platform and contribute to our mission.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by generating qualified leads and initiating meaningful conversations with key decision-makers within target organizations. You will leverage your exceptional communication, research, and outreach skills to build a robust pipeline for our sales team, directly impacting WeMoms' expansion and success in the market. - • Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting, meticulously researching potential clients, and crafting compelling outreach strategies. You will identify companies and individuals who align with WeMoms' value proposition, understanding their needs and pain points related to maternal health, family support, and digital wellness. This involves utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to uncover opportunities and initiate contact through personalized emails, calls, and social media engagement.
- • You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the WeMoms platform, its features, benefits, and the unique value it offers to different types of partners, such as healthcare providers, corporate wellness programs, and family-focused brands. This knowledge will enable you to articulate our offering effectively and tailor your messaging to resonate with each prospect's specific business objectives and challenges.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve qualifying leads to ensure they are a strong fit for WeMoms. This means engaging in insightful discovery calls, asking probing questions, and actively listening to understand their business needs, budget, and timeline. You will then meticulously document all interactions and insights in our CRM system, ensuring seamless handover of qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team.
- • Collaboration will be essential. You will work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness. You will also partner closely with the sales and product teams to share market intelligence, identify trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales process and product offerings.
- • As a Senior SDR, you will also play a role in mentoring junior team members, sharing best practices, and contributing to a positive and high-performing team culture. Your experience and insights will be invaluable in helping to scale our sales development efforts.

- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Proactively identify and research potential B2B leads and target accounts within the maternal health, wellness, and family support sectors.
- • Develop and execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and social media to generate qualified leads.
- • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and identify alignment with WeMoms' solutions.
- • Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring a high conversion rate for sales-accepted opportunities.
- • Meticulously manage and update prospect information and interaction history within the CRM system.
- • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and provide feedback on campaign performance.
- • Partner with Account Executives to ensure a smooth and effective handover of qualified leads.
- • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales development.
- • Contribute to a positive team environment, sharing insights and potentially mentoring junior SDRs.
- • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- • Articulate the WeMoms value proposition clearly and persuasively to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, establishing WeMoms as a trusted partner.
- • Analyze sales development performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and playbooks.
- • Represent WeMoms and Voodoo professionally in all interactions.
