  • • As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager at commercetools USA LLC, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the performance of our global sales organization, directly contributing to the achievement of critical business objectives. This high-impact position serves as the primary enablement partner for our global Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), ensuring they are equipped with the essential skills, cutting-edge tools, streamlined processes, and compelling content required to consistently hunt and win complex enterprise deals.
  • • You will be instrumental in transforming our sales approach from a technically-focused sell to a value-based selling motion. This involves working collaboratively with key cross-functional partners, including Sales Managers, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations, to strengthen our outbound sales capabilities and drive strategic initiatives.
  • • The role is a dynamic blend of strategic program management and hands-on enablement. You will be responsible for translating intricate business needs into effective, scalable enablement strategies, taking ownership of the entire program lifecycle from initial development through to successful delivery and ongoing iteration.

  • • Key responsibilities include owning the complete lifecycle of new hire onboarding for both AEs and BDRs, ensuring a robust and effective integration into the sales team. This also extends to developing and executing continuous enablement programs designed to foster ongoing skill development and performance enhancement throughout their tenure.
  • • You will build and implement specialized enablement programs meticulously tailored for complex enterprise deals. These programs will cover critical aspects of the sales cycle, including multi-threaded discovery processes, effective RFP management, strategic champion engagement, and navigating the intricacies of procurement processes.
  • • A core focus of your role will be to drive the adoption and mastery of our value-based selling motion. This will be achieved by embedding methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message™ into all sales activities, ensuring a consistent and impactful approach across the sales team.
  • • You will design and deliver targeted BDR learning programs and playbooks, specifically engineered to foster skill mastery and provide a clear pathway for internal promotion into AE roles, thereby building a strong internal talent pipeline.
  • • The role involves delivering high-impact training sessions, workshops, and coaching, both live and on-demand, in close collaboration with sales managers to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • • You will foster strong partnerships with Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to enhance our outbound sales muscle and ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
  • • A crucial aspect of your contribution will be the continuous refinement of enablement programs. This will be driven by analyzing feedback and performance data gathered from key platforms such as Gong, Highspot, and Salesforce, ensuring programs remain relevant and effective.
  • • This hybrid role requires three days per week in our Boston, Massachusetts office, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
  • • You will be a creative problem-solver, adept at identifying and implementing solutions for complex challenges, with a talent for simplifying intricate concepts for diverse audiences.
