- • As a Senior Sales Engineer at Samsara, you will be part of a diverse group of technically and business-minded professionals bringing Samsara’s Connected Operations™ Cloud technology to customers in industries such as agriculture, construction, transportation, and manufacturing.
- • Day to day, you will become an expert on Samsara products, deliver demonstrations and proof of concepts, write API scripts to solve real-world customer problems, act as a liaison between product and sales teams, partner with sales executives on transactions, and build relationships with third-party partners while championing Samsara’s cultural principles.
- • Samsara is a pioneer in the Connected Operations™ Cloud, helping organizations harness IoT data to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability in physical operations that represent over 40% of global GDP. As a recently public company, Samsara offers autonomy and support to make a long-term impact while shaping the future of physical operations.
- • In this role, you will develop deep technical expertise in IoT hardware, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations, gain experience influencing stakeholders and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and grow your ability to drive digital transformation in essential industries while working collaboratively across sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
- • 3+ years experience working with customers in a pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support capacity
- • Ability to influence stakeholders based on technical sales acumen and understanding of business processes and change management
- • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- • Previous experience managing hardware and/or software product evaluations
- • Fluent in French
