  • • **Support Strategic Sales Opportunities:** Work closely with the sales team to identify, nurture, and close strategic deals in the DACH and France regions. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in addressing customer pain points and demonstrating how NICE Cognigy’s solutions can meet their business requirements.
  • • **Conduct Discovery Calls and Technical Deep Dives:** Participate in customer calls to uncover their needs, challenges, and objectives. Lead technical deep dives to explore how NICE’s AI technologies, including conversational and generative AI, can be tailored to their specific use cases.
  • • **Deliver Customized Product Demonstrations:** Create and present compelling, tailored demonstrations of NICE Cognigy’s platform. Highlight the benefits, capabilities, and unique value proposition of the software, ensuring customers see its potential to transform their operations.
  • • **Design and Recommend Solutions:** Analyze customer requirements and design solutions that align with their business goals. Provide clear recommendations on how NICE Cognigy can address their needs, emphasizing ROI and measurable outcomes.
  • • **Provide Technical Support During Sales Process:** Act as the technical authority for the sales team, answering complex questions, addressing concerns, and providing in-depth product information. Ensure potential customers have a seamless experience from initial contact to final decision.
  • • **Stay Ahead of the Competitive Landscape:** Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in conversational AI. Perform technical comparisons between NICE Cognigy and other products on the market to articulate its competitive edge.
  • • **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:** Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to communicate customer feedback, requirements, and opportunities for product enhancements. Ensure alignment between customer needs and NICE’s product roadmap.
