- • As a Senior Sales Engineer at NICE Ltd., you will serve as a trusted advisor bridging technology and business value, working closely with Sales on discovery calls, technical deep dives, demos, and POCs to drive customer success in AI-powered customer experience solutions.
- • Day to day, you will lead discovery and solutioning by owning technical deep dives to uncover pain points, deliver customized high-impact demos that paint a vision of exceptional CX, respond to RFIs/RFPs with differentiated responses, design and execute proof-of-value initiatives to accelerate deal velocity, stay sharp on competitive AI and cloud trends, and upskill adjacent teams with technical expertise in conversational AI and automation.
- • You will join NICE Ltd., a global leader in AI-driven customer service automation, recognized as an innovation powerhouse with over 8,500 employees across 30+ countries, powering experiences for 25,000+ global businesses including 85 of the Fortune 100, and managing over 120 million customer interactions daily.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or sales architecture roles with experience in complex enterprise software sales
- • 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience
- • 5+ years of contact center experience with deep familiarity of the CCaaS landscape
- • Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills
- • Hands-on experience with conversational AI, chatbots, virtual agents, or low-code automation platforms
- • Familiarity with knowledge management, asynchronous messaging, and omnichannel engagement solutions
