- • As a Senior Sales Engineer for North America at Camunda, you will play a critical role in demonstrating the value of the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, helping organizations automate core business processes by coordinating AI agents, people, and systems. Your work directly supports Camunda’s mission to move AI from pilot to production safely and at scale, contributing to operational efficiency and improved customer experiences for global enterprises including top-tier financial institutions.
- • Day to day, you will partner with Account Executives and Solution Architects to conduct product demos, develop customized evaluation plans, respond to technical inquiries, support RFI/RFP completion, and execute proof of concepts. You will map customer requirements to Camunda’s product portfolio, position both quantitative and qualitative business value, create and maintain technical artifacts, and implement code snippets to showcase platform capabilities during pre-sales engagements.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise automation, business process management, and agentic AI while refining consultative selling techniques. You’ll gain exposure to complex sales cycles in high-value industries such as BFSI, Telecommunications, and Logistics, and develop skills in value-based selling, stakeholder alignment, and technical storytelling—positioning yourself for growth in a fast-moving, innovative tech environment.
