- • Drive revenue through consultative, low-pressure sales conversations with small-to-mid-sized business owners. You’ll uncover marketing pain points, craft custom advertising packages across print, digital, and event channels, and close deals that deliver measurable ROI—no cold-calling scripts, just genuine relationship building.
- • Curate authentic community content by interviewing residents, photographing neighborhood gems, and weaving together stories that celebrate what makes the area special. Your editorial eye ensures every issue feels like it was written by—and for—the people who live there.
- • Build and protect a trusted local brand. From approving layouts to managing social media extensions, you’ll safeguard quality standards, enforce deadlines, and ensure every touchpoint reinforces Greet’s reputation as the most respected lifestyle publication in the market.
- • Host and attend neighborhood events—coffee meet-ups, ribbon cuttings, charity drives—that deepen reader loyalty and create additional sponsorship opportunities. These gatherings double as lead-generation engines and community service moments.
- • Leverage N2’s proven systems: cloud-based CRM, templated design tools, national vendor partnerships, and a 20-year playbook that has launched 800+ profitable publications. You’ll plug into weekly coaching calls, peer masterminds, and data dashboards that keep you on track for six-figure earning potential.
- • Manage a flexible, hybrid schedule that balances in-person client visits, home-office strategy sessions, and occasional travel for training or company retreats. You decide when and where you work best, as long as revenue and content deadlines are met.
- • Mentor emerging contributors—resident writers, photographers, and junior sales reps—creating a bench of talent that allows the publication to scale and your income to compound.
- • Track KPIs: ad pages sold, renewal rates, content submission ratios, digital engagement, and event attendance. You’ll present monthly performance reviews to corporate leadership and adjust tactics in real time.
