- • Lead the national sales strategy for Quest Analytics’ software solutions and services targeting health plans, provider-sponsored plans, ACOs, and benefits consulting organizations.
- • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales leads across the national healthcare payer and provider landscape.
- • Conduct client presentations both onsite and via web-based platforms to demonstrate the capabilities of Quest Analytics’ proprietary software tools.
- • Draft and submit customized proposals that align with client needs and organizational objectives in healthcare access and analytics.
- • Build and maintain a robust, high-performing client portfolio through consistent engagement, relationship development, and account expansion.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales efforts with evolving product offerings and market demands.
- • Represent Quest Analytics at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to increase brand visibility and generate pipeline opportunities.
- • Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics to track pipeline progress, forecast revenue, and report on key performance metrics.
- • Adapt sales approaches to meet the unique regulatory, operational, and technological requirements of national payer organizations and ACOs.
- • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, payer dynamics, and emerging regulatory changes to position Quest Analytics’ solutions effectively.
- • Operate with autonomy and self-motivation to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets in a fast-scaling environment.
- • Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, training materials, and best practices to support team growth and scalability.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of how Quest Analytics’ tools improve healthcare access for Americans and communicate this mission-driven value proposition to prospects and clients.

- • Proven track record of success in national B2B sales within healthcare payers, ACOs, or benefits consulting organizations
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- • Experience selling software solutions or analytics services to healthcare organizations
- • Strong presentation and demonstration skills for technical products via virtual and in-person channels
- • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools
- • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets
