- • As a Senior Sales Executive for the Nurse Product at Hippocratic AI, you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare delivery by driving adoption of the world’s first safety-focused, healthcare-only LLM designed specifically for nursing workflows. This role is critical to scaling a breakthrough AI solution that addresses urgent challenges like nurse burnout, staffing shortages, and fragmented care coordination—directly impacting patient outcomes and operational efficiency at leading health systems.
- • You will own the full sales lifecycle for enterprise deals targeting large provider organizations, IDNs, and health systems, with a strategic focus on engaging nursing executives such as CNOs, CNIOs, and VPs of Nursing to uncover clinical and operational pain points and position Hippocratic AI’s nurse product as a transformative, ROI-driven solution aligned with value-based care and workforce sustainability goals.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to exceed revenue targets, lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, IT, finance, and executive buyers, and translate nursing workflow challenges into compelling AI use cases that demonstrate improvements in staffing efficiency, patient engagement, and care coordination.
- • You will partner closely with clinical, product, and implementation teams to ensure customer needs are accurately translated into solution delivery, serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders on responsible AI adoption in nursing, and stay ahead of industry trends including regulatory shifts, digital transformation, and workforce management innovations.
- • Extensive travel will be required to meet clients onsite, support pilot programs, represent Hippocratic AI at major healthcare and AI industry events, and build deep, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across the provider landscape.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, MSN, or other advanced degree strongly preferred
- • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record selling into healthcare providers, IDNs, or large health systems
- • Deep understanding of hospital operations, nursing workflows, care coordination, and value-based care models
- • Proven success closing complex, high-value deals involving multiple stakeholders including clinical, IT, finance, and executive buyers
- • Experience selling to or engaging with clinical leadership, particularly nursing executives such as CNOs and CNIOs
- • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, support pilots, and represent the company at industry events
