- • This role is specifically designed for a seasoned professional who excels at identifying and securing new business. Your primary mission will be new client acquisition, focusing on expanding our market share across the United States. - • You will be instrumental in expanding our Service Model, which includes Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions for Direct Hire placements, alongside our established Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing Services. Your target clients will range from large enterprise organizations (Fortune 1000) to mid-market companies, requiring a sophisticated understanding of diverse business needs and procurement processes.
- • The scope of your responsibilities will encompass the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to managing complex sales cycles, influencing key decision-makers at various organizational levels, and ultimately closing new business opportunities. Success in this role hinges on your ability to build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with innovative and effective solutions.
