- • As a Senior Sales Executive at Perk.com Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within the UK&I market by generating and closing new business with large SMB to mid-market clients in the £550K–£1.4M GMV range, directly contributing to the company’s mission of eliminating shadow work and powering real impact for over 10,000 global clients.
- • Day to day, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting product demos, negotiating with stakeholders (including Office Managers, Procurement, and CFOs), consulting on client infrastructure, forecasting sales, monitoring performance analytics, and collaborating with SDR and wider teams to refine best practices and drive pipeline through inbound and outbound channels.
- • You will join a seasoned, high-performing A-player sales team in Barcelona, part of Perk’s global workforce of 1,800+ across 12 offices, where collaboration, ownership, and a 7-star customer experience are core values, and where you’ll work in an IRL-first hybrid model (3 days/week in-office) to foster connection and innovation.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, master complex deal structures involving FlexiTrip and Expense Contracts, sharpen your consultative selling and stakeholder management skills, and gain exposure to global best practices—positioning you for accelerated career growth within a fast-scaling, mission-driven tech company.
