- • Senior Sales Manager responsible for owning the full enterprise sales cycle for premium signage solutions targeting major European brands, with a focus on identifying decision-makers, building relationships, and closing strategic partnerships in retail, luxury, hospitality, and tech sectors.
- • Day-to-day activities include identifying and approaching high-value brand-side stakeholders, leading commercial conversations at C-suite level, developing pipeline independently, briefing internal teams post-sale to ensure smooth handover, representing the company at select industry events, and growing accounts through deep understanding of client business needs.
- • The company is a Berlin-based, market-leading provider of custom-made premium signage since 2014, trusted by globally recognized brands across Europe, with an expert internal team handling end-to-end project execution post-sale, allowing the sales function to focus solely on relationship-building and deal closure.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise sales within the premium branding and signage space, gain autonomy in managing your own sales approach and pipeline, build long-term strategic partnerships with top-tier brands, and grow professionally within a founder-led, trust-based culture that values initiative and results.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years in B2B enterprise sales or key account management with a track record in complex, high-value deals
- • Comfortable leading commercial conversations at CMO or CEO level
- • Native-level German language proficiency
- • Professional English language skills
- • Background in marketing, creative, or brand agency is a strong advantage
- • Structured and disciplined approach to CRM and pipeline management
