- • As a Senior Sales Manager on Dropbox’s Growth team, you will lead the transition from a product-led growth (PLG) model to a hybrid PLG → sales-led growth (SLG) motion, playing a critical role in shaping how Dropbox sells and expands its product suite.
- • You will lead a team focused on driving expansion, upsell, and cross-sell revenue across transactional and enterprise motions, ensuring the team builds proactive pipeline rather than relying on renewals.
- • Day to day, you will drive pipeline generation through outbound activity, account expansion, and partner engagement; enforce rigorous deal inspection using frameworks like MEDDPICC and SPICED; coach reps on value-based selling; and maintain accurate forecasting and deal validity standards.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to refine ICP, messaging, and GTM strategy for evolving products like Dash, and enable multi-product, platform-oriented selling in complex enterprise deals.
- • This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in ambiguity, drives transformation, and builds operating rigor—someone who doesn’t just run the playbook but helps install the standards, coaching, and discipline needed for long-term sales evolution.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of sales leadership experience with an additional 6+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
- • Proven track record of driving pipeline generation and closing complex, enterprise SaaS deals
- • Deep experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or similar
- • Strong background in value selling frameworks such as Command of the Message or equivalent
- • Experience selling multi-product or platform-based enterprise solutions
- • Demonstrated success in outbound-driven environments and building pipeline from scratch
