- • Lead Illumina’s commercial strategy in Italy as a Senior District Sales Manager based in Milano, driving revenue and profit objectives for the district by managing a team of Territory Account Managers in Northern Italy.
- • Develop, implement, and monitor district business plans; set territory quotas; forecast customer demand; control expenses; and ensure sales team performance aligns with company goals through motivation, development plans, and policy adherence.

🎯 Requirements
- • Significant sales experience in the Life Science industry.
- • Sales management experience in the Life Science industry.
- • Ability to build relationships at every level in the organization.
- • Strong oral and written communication skills to influence internal and external audiences.
- • Experience selling technology, medical devices, or capex in clinical environments.
- • Familiarity with public tenders and structured sales forecasting.
