📋 Description
- • Lead the Mid-Market & SMB business across UK&I, owning Primary Care SMB and Private Market Mid-Market & SMB teams including AEs, SDRs, and BDRs.
- • Build and own the sales system: design sales process and methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC), create segment-specific playbooks, define territory, select tech stack, enable AI across sales stages, and establish hiring plans and team structure.
- • Drive both inbound and outbound pipeline engines, owning pipeline creation, conversion, and expansion while collaborating closely with Marketing on events and partnerships.
- • Coach and develop the team relentlessly, stay close to strategic deals, and operate as a builder of systems—not just an executor—focusing on scalable, repeatable processes.
- • Work in a fast-moving, ambitious environment at a fast-growing AI healthcare startup impacting millions of patient visits weekly across 116 countries.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience operating in both high-velocity and complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- • Strong track record managing pipeline, forecasting, and conversion rates.
- • Demonstrated ability to define and implement sales methodologies with a clear point of view.
- • Passion for coaching and developing people, with experience building high-performance teams.
- • Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving results in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, RevOps, and Enablement teams.
- • Technical curiosity, including understanding of APIs, integrations, and customer workflows to enable AI-driven sales processes.
