This pivotal role is responsible for driving sales activities, cultivating and deepening client relationships, and formulating strategic plans to significantly expand the company's global market footprint. You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing a strong network of distribution partners, and ultimately achieving ambitious revenue growth targets.
  • • As a Senior Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle. This begins with the strategic generation of a robust pipeline of qualified leads, leveraging your expertise to identify potential clients and market segments. You will then meticulously manage this pipeline, employing consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and present our client's innovative, cloud-free video surveillance hubs as the optimal solution.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves building and maintaining robust distribution channels. You will identify, vet, and onboard new distribution and installation partners across key international markets, fostering strong, collaborative relationships. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing international markets and global distribution partnerships.
  • • Native fluency in French, Spanish, German, or Italian, in addition to professional proficiency in English.
