- • The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a critical role in scaling revenue growth at Solink, acting as a Business Partner to Senior Sales Leaders by analyzing team data, providing insights, and ensuring sales teams have the processes and technology needed for effective performance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing and refining customer lifecycle management processes, building and optimizing renewal tracking workflows, identifying bottlenecks in sales and operational workflows, implementing automation and process improvements, analyzing forecasting data to identify risks, presenting data in clear reports and dashboards, ensuring CRM (HubSpot) is set up for smooth handoffs, building actionable reports for AEs and Sales Leadership, partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, and staying aligned on priorities and initiatives.
