- • The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a critical role in scaling revenue growth at Solink, acting as a Business Partner to Senior Sales Leaders by analyzing team data, providing insights and recommendations, and ensuring sales teams have the processes and technology needed for effective and efficient performance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing and refining customer lifecycle management processes, identifying bottlenecks in sales and operational workflows, implementing automation and process improvements, analyzing forecasting data to identify risks and make proactive recommendations, presenting data in clear reports and dashboards, ensuring Salesforce is set up for smooth hand-offs, building actionable reports and dashboards for AEs and Sales Leadership, partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, and staying aligned on priorities and initiatives.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in sales operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, strengthen your ability to drive data-informed decision-making, gain experience in cross-functional leadership and process optimization, and contribute directly to scalable revenue growth while working with cutting-edge CRM and automation tools.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- • Proven expertise in CRM management (preferably Salesforce) with workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, lists, data hierarchies, and importing data to update existing records
- • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, IF statements, filters)
- • Advanced user of Google Apps Script with hands-on experience building automations that connect Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
- • Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and active use to accelerate analysis, automate tasks, and improve output quality
- • Experience handling process changes with high consideration to change management
