- • As a Senior Sales Operations Business Partner at Deel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for your region, directly contributing to the company’s mission of unlocking global opportunity by enabling seamless, compliant, and scalable hiring and payroll solutions across 150+ countries. Your work will impact how businesses scale smarter and faster in a borderless economy, supporting Deel’s vision of a more inclusive global workforce.
- • You will own critical sales operations functions including territory design and updates, quota-setting analysis, forecasting cadence, and change management initiatives that align with sales leadership priorities. By building analytical dashboards in Google Sheets or Looker and conducting independent business analysis, you will transform data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across GTM functions.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Account Management, Sales Development, Customer Success, Growth, Marketing, GTMOps (Sales Ops, Systems & Process, Pipeline Operations, Enablement), and occasionally Product, acting as a regional representative for sales compensation, pricing, and deal desk functions to ensure alignment and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of demonstrated success in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations at leading technology companies
- • Fluency with Salesforce and adjacent sales productivity applications (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Salesloft)
- • Strong understanding of general SaaS operations, business models, pricing strategies, and industry best practices
- • Proven experience working on global teams and collaborating with stakeholders across time zones, cultures, and functions
- • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to present complex data clearly to executive audiences and drive rapid business outcomes
- • Strong problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and resilience to navigate ambiguity and drive cross-functional initiatives to completion
