- • As a Senior Sales Operations Business Partner at Deel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and operational excellence across global regions. This role is critical to ensuring sales teams are equipped with the right territories, quotas, forecasts, and insights to succeed in a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS environment.
- • You will own territory design and quota-setting processes, lead forecasting and business inspection rhythms, and spearhead complex change management initiatives that align with sales leadership priorities. Your analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration will directly impact Deel’s ability to scale efficiently while maintaining compliance and performance across 150+ countries.
- • You will act as a regional liaison between Sales Ops and other GTM functions—including Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product—ensuring alignment on strategy, incentives, pricing, and deal execution. Your work will bridge data, process, and people to enable smarter, faster decision-making.
- • You will build and maintain analytical dashboards in Google Sheets and Looker to transform raw data into actionable insights, empowering leadership to make informed decisions about resource allocation, performance trends, and market opportunities.
- • You will collaborate daily with GTMOps teams (Systems & Process, Pipeline Operations, Enablement) and occasionally Product to refine sales motions, improve tooling, and operationalize best practices that support sustainable revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations at leading technology companies
- • Fluency with Salesforce and related sales productivity tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Salesloft)
- • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and reports in Google Sheets, Looker, or similar BI platforms
- • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering insights to senior leadership
- • Experience working in global, distributed teams and collaborating across time zones and cultures
