• • As a Senior Sales Operations Business Partner at Deel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and operational scalability across global markets. This role is critical to aligning sales initiatives with business objectives, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and enabling high-performance sales teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
• • Day to day, you will own territory planning, quota setting, and forecasting processes; build and maintain analytical dashboards in Google Sheets or Looker; lead forecasting and business inspection cadences; spearhead change management initiatives; and collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and GTMOps teams to optimize sales performance and strategy.
