- • Senior Sales Operations & Compensation Manager serving as the embedded operational partner to the Sales organization, ensuring revenue predictability through data integrity, forecasting, compensation administration, and process optimization.
- • Own Salesforce data hygiene, forecasting cadences, compensation design and administration, sales process documentation, and deal desk operations to drive accountability and pipeline accuracy across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
- • Join Wrapbook, a fast-growing payroll and accounting platform trusted by top production companies, backed by Andreessen Horowitz and WndrCo, with a mission to bring clarity and dependability to production payroll while empowering teams across entertainment and technology.
- • Develop deep expertise in Salesforce data architecture, compensation plan administration, forecasting rigor, and cross-functional GTM rhythm—directly impacting revenue predictability and sales performance while building scalable systems for a high-growth SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- • Deep Salesforce ownership experience — object model design, data hygiene management, and SFDC as the system of record for Sales
- • Direct experience owning sales compensation administration — plan design support, attainment tracking, payout calculation, and dispute management
- • Proven ability to own a forecasting cadence: running the process, driving data discipline in CRM, and delivering reliable roll-ups to leadership
- • Comfortable building and maintaining SFDC reports and dashboards for Sales leadership and frontline managers
- • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Plat-Admn-201) — strongly preferred
