• • The Senior Sales Operations Manager is an experienced individual contributor responsible for optimizing and supporting the company’s Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, ensuring data integrity and process optimization across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Technomile while driving process improvements and managing cross-functional projects.
• • Day to day, the role involves serving as a subject matter expert for Salesforce.com and related tools, collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, overseeing configuration and maintenance of sales tools, developing documentation and support materials, supporting data analysis activities, driving automation initiatives, and supporting training and change management efforts.
