- • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end lead routing strategies using LeanData, Qualified AI chatbots, and automated campaign workflows to ensure efficient lead distribution across sales teams.
- • Administer and enhance core sales technology stack including Outreach, Nooks, and ZoomInfo by configuring workflows, automating repetitive tasks, enabling recurring data enrichments, and providing frontline technical support.
- • Maintain and improve data integrity across CRM and sales systems through deduplication, standardization, and enrichment processes to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
- • Partner with Sales leadership to support territory planning, quota allocation, and forecasting cycles by delivering clean, actionable data and insights derived from Salesforce and other revenue systems.
- • Architect and integrate the GTM tech stack — including Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, data enrichment tools, and AI-driven systems — ensuring seamless interoperability and alignment across teams.
- • Collaborate with Business Systems and Revenue Analytics teams to define requirements, prioritize development work, and conduct QA for new features, dashboards, and system updates.
- • Design and maintain executive-level dashboards and pipeline analytics that enable data-driven decision-making, with deep understanding of underlying data structures to identify anomalies or inconsistencies.
- • Document all operational processes, partner with Enablement to train sales reps on new workflows, and drive adoption through clear communication and change management.
- • Proactively identify gaps in tooling, processes, or data flows, and propose scalable solutions using AI, automation, or process redesign to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Sales, Revenue Analytics, and Business Systems to align priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability across the revenue organization.
- • Leverage AI tools daily to automate routine tasks, enhance data analysis, and improve operational decision-making, with a clear understanding of where AI adds value versus where human oversight is critical.
- • Support global sales operations across 27 U.S. states and 2 Canadian provinces, ensuring consistent processes and system configurations despite regional differences in team structure or compliance.
- • Maintain a high standard of organization and attention to detail while managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
- • Communicate complex operational concepts clearly to sales reps, managers, and leadership, translating technical system requirements into actionable guidance and training materials.
- • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs, gathering feedback from users, and iterating on processes to maximize sales team productivity and system effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related analytical/systems role
- • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin-level preferred), LeanData, and Outreach; experience with ZoomInfo, Ringlead, Gong, or similar tools a plus
- • Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work, with demonstrated ability to apply them to automate tasks and improve operational outcomes
