- • As a Senior Sales Operations Manager for EMEA at Webflow, you will serve as the strategic backbone of the company’s growth engine across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, turning regional complexity into a clear, actionable blueprint for revenue success.
- • You will partner with senior leadership to drive data-driven decision-making, own forecast accuracy, design territory and coverage models, and act as the connector between EMEA Sales Leadership and technical teams to define business requirements for technology roadmaps.
- • You will collaborate with the NAMER Sales Operations counterpart to maintain global standards while optimizing for local EMEA market nuances, and orchestrate high-fidelity reporting and executive dashboards in partnership with GTM Analytics.
- • The role is based in London, UK with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week in-office), reporting to the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations, and offers the opportunity to shape scalable, repeatable sales operations processes that empower sales teams to deliver development superpowers to customers worldwide.
- • You will build lasting impact by identifying operational gaps early, driving corrective actions, and enabling sales managers and stakeholders with contextualized insights that support agile, real-time decision-making in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations with a strong track record in managing sales systems and GTM reporting.
- • Deep familiarity with EMEA-specific organizational structures, regional territories, and localized market dynamics.
- • Proven ability to partner with senior sales leadership to drive consensus and translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
- • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and the modern revenue stack (e.g., Clari, Gong, Outreach).
- • Natural bridge-builder mindset: enjoys aligning EMEA’s market needs with a unified global playbook.
- • Process architect orientation: builds repeatable, scalable solutions that work for the long haul.
