• • As a Senior Sales Operations Manager for the Public Sector (SLED) at Pure Storage, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales effectiveness and operational excellence within a high-impact, innovative technology company reshaping the data storage industry.
• • Day to day, you will run-the-business cadence by delivering forecasts and quarterly results through detailed reporting including bridge/gap analysis, waterfall, rep performance, and slipped deal analysis; co-lead pipeline pods to inspect and improve sales processes; jointly build regional growth plans with KPIs; develop and lead cross-functional initiatives; coach and mentor sales leaders on new systems and processes; proactively identify sales process improvements; serve as a trusted advisor through transparent reporting and issue resolution; own all sales metrics reporting, analysis, and action plans; and support sales teams in resolving account management and territory alignment conflicts.
