You will be instrumental in supporting our Global Sales & Operations Leadership Team, acting as a crucial business partner to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence within a high-performing team.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for formulating and executing go-to-market strategies, ensuring seamless operational plans are in place to support these objectives. Your expertise will be vital in shaping how Cloudera approaches its market and achieves its sales targets.
  • • A core responsibility will be managing the global forecast roll-up process. This involves meticulously gathering, analyzing, and presenting sales forecasts to C-suite executives. You will need to communicate complex business trends clearly and concisely, enabling efficient and informed business decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
  • • You will collaborate extensively cross-functionally, working with various departments to drive the implementation of new business processes. Your focus will be on enhancing our total customer experience, ensuring that operational improvements translate into tangible benefits for our clients and partners.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be defining and implementing Key Performance Metrics (KPIs). These metrics will be essential for effectively managing and tracking progress against strategic goals. You will partner closely with Operations, Compensation, and Finance teams to ensure these KPIs are aligned across the entire organization, providing a unified view of performance.
  • • You will work hand-in-hand with our Business Analytics Team to define standardized dashboards. These dashboards will visualize the defined KPIs, providing Sales Leadership and Global Operations teams with accessible and actionable insights into performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will involve developing and enhancing our current operational infrastructure. Your goal will be to build out best-in-class, optimized, and automated solutions that streamline operations and increase efficiency across the sales organization.
  • • The ability to interface effectively with diverse, cross-functional groups and Sales Leadership is paramount. You will need to establish quick credibility and build confidence, fostering strong working relationships that facilitate collaboration and drive results.
  • • As an agent for change, you will lead and deliver on company-wide initiatives and roll-outs. This requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure successful adoption and implementation of new strategies and processes.
  • • You will program manage the planning cycle, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines. Owning the communication strategy for efficient roll-outs and liaising with the Global Compensation team will be critical for successful program execution.
