- • Senior Sales Representative based in Cape Town, responsible for driving new business and growing customer relationships in the vehicle telematics and fleet management market.
- • Day-to-day activities include hunting new business opportunities, prospecting and closing sales of telematics solutions, sourcing leads via cold calling, managing a sales pipeline, maintaining existing customer relationships, supporting software partners in sales meetings, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and reporting on sales performance using internal systems.
- • Part of Webfleet, Bridgestone’s globally trusted fleet management solution used by over 50,000 businesses worldwide to improve fleet efficiency, safety, compliance, and sustainability through data-driven insights.
- • Opportunity to develop expertise in B2B SaaS sales within the fleet technology sector, build a client portfolio from scratch, master the full sales cycle, and contribute to a purpose-driven organization aligned with Bridgestone’s E8 Commitment to sustainability and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in B2B sales with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in a SaaS or IT company
- • Based in Cape Town with a valid driver’s license
- • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills with ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
- • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus but can be learned
- • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- • Results-driven mindset with consistent achievement of sales targets
