- • Senior Sales / Senior Account Executive role focused on acquiring high-quality customers for lemlist’s Sales Engagement Platform, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, with emphasis on the UK&I market and other English-speaking prospects in EMEA.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leveraging inbound demo requests and product-led sales leads, executing outbound prospecting using lemlist (cold email, cold calls, LinkedIn), negotiating deals, closing sales, and supporting customer onboarding to ensure long-term value.
- • Lemlist SAS is a profitable, bootstrapped B2B SaaS company with $50M ARR and a $150M valuation, trusted by 40,000+ sales teams globally; the company is remote-friendly with offices in Paris and a strong entrepreneurial culture built on self-service/PLG origins.
- • In this role, you will develop deep product expertise, build a repeatable outbound pipeline, achieve consistent quota attainment, master enterprise sales motions for 100–1,000 employee companies, and grow through customer referrals and strategic account expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a sales role as a top performer (top 20%)
- • Proven expertise in outbound sales techniques including cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn prospecting, with ability to generate 50% of your own pipeline
- • Experience selling to companies with 100–1,000 employees and sales teams of 5–50 people across various industries
- • English native or fluent proficiency, with ability to engage UK&I and EMEA English-speaking prospects effectively
