- • Senior Sales Strategy Manager role focused on improving revenue performance and sales execution for Zillow’s New Construction business, which connects homebuilders with high-intent buyers.
- • Partner with sales leadership to identify revenue drivers, analyze performance trends, and develop scalable sales plays based on market insights and funnel data.
- • Collaborate across Sales, Product, Finance, Analytics, and Operations to turn business goals into actionable strategies, improve forecasting rigor, and support sustainable growth.
- • Synthesize complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders, drive alignment on KPIs, and help implement standardized forecasting and reporting processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, GTM strategy and operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or a related field; B2B sales experience preferred.
- • Proven ability to partner with sales leaders to identify growth opportunities, improve execution, and support revenue planning.
- • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with experience turning complex business issues into clear, actionable recommendations.
- • Demonstrated experience developing business cases, performance insights, or planning recommendations that drive measurable business impact.
- • Strong communication skills, including presenting insights and influencing decisions with senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- • Strong technical skills in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and AI tools, with preference for experience in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales performance reporting.
