• • As a Senior Sales Trader for the APAC region, you will be a pivotal member of Kraken's globally recognized OTC desk. This desk is a leader in the dynamic and rapidly evolving crypto market, renowned for its white-glove, relationship-driven service. You will operate at the critical intersection of execution, pricing, and client coverage, providing deep liquidity, competitive spreads, and seamless settlement for large spot and derivatives trades. Your role will be instrumental in delivering a highly personalized experience, leveraging real-time market expertise and fostering trusted client relationships to ensure flawless execution, even amidst significant market volatility.

• • Key responsibilities will include actively pricing, executing, and meticulously managing client flow across a spectrum of products, including spot, options, and other derivatives. A core focus will be on ensuring best-in-class execution quality and efficient settlement processes for all transactions. You will be entrusted with building and nurturing robust relationships with our institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and key counterparties. This will be achieved through a combination of high-touch service, insightful market commentary, and consistently reliable execution.

You will be expected to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand client engagement, effectively cross-sell our diverse product suite, and drive growth in OTC volumes through strategic, relationship-led trading initiatives. Confidence in taking and managing client flow, coupled with the ability to price risk accurately and maintain unwavering discipline, will be paramount, especially during periods of market turbulence.
• • Staying intimately connected with the nuances of crypto and derivatives markets is crucial. This includes monitoring funding rates, liquidity shifts, and significant macro-economic events.
